One little tidbit from Heidi's DUI that we haven't looked at yet -- remember the one where she blew a .176 after being pulled over, more than twice the legal limit? -- is that the DUI ended up being just the beginning of Heidi's troubles, not the end.
Remember her traffic infraction in Las Vegas, the one for which she failed to appear and for which she has an outstanding warrant as a fugitive from justice? And remember her arrest on drug possession charges (with intent to distribute) where she had a warrant issued for her arrest for failure to abide by her probation terms?
Yeah, well, thumbing her nose at the law is kind of a habit for Heidi. Because you see for this DUI - she had not one, not two, but three warrants issued for her arrest.
The first came because she failed to appear at her own arraignment on the DUI charge. That led to a bench warrant for her arrest. After they hauled her ass into court on that, she pled guilty and was sentenced to probation. Less than a year later, she was charged with probation violations for -- get this -- "displaying a flippant attitude," among other things. So they hauled her ass back into court again, where she denied the probation violation. A hearing was set for two months hence on that, but she failed to appear for that too! A third a final bench warrant was issued for her arrest, whereupon she finally admitted she didn't give a crap about her alcohol treatment program, and the judge threw her in jail for 30 days.
Not one, not two, not three, not even four, but five times now Heidi has had warrants issued for her arrest for either failing to appear in court or for violating the terms of her probation. But then respect for the law has never been a strong suit among the Sonya Is Home crowd. Case in point: self-styled @justiceinTN, Ruth Cummins. We'll look at her sordid past next.
Does John even bother to check out the background of the people he runs with? My guess is no, but my guess is he also wouldn't care.
